Endurance is the ability to keep pressing on even through significant PAIN and SUFFERING.  In a biblical sense, Jesus is the living example of what it means to endure.  So how do we find the POWER and the WILL to endure in the face of the most trying circumstances?  Jesus saw a JOY set before Him that EMPOWERED Him to SACRIFICE Himself.  When you embark on that next challenge in your life, what is the JOY that will allow you to ENDURE anything that comes your way?
